Kalvín Rastislavice project - a new impuls for construction 

Although the construction industry in Slovakia is stagnating, a new impetus can be a new quality of materials used and the search for a new quality of housing at a reasonable price. Such projects include the Kalvín project in Rastislavice in the Nové Zámky district. The construction is carried out by the company AMINA real, s.r.o .. The main philosophy of the Kalvín project is to combine urban comfort with a rural atmosphere. 

The project envisages 5 residential semi-detached houses, 20 detached family houses and 6 terraced houses. The construction of the rough construction of the first residential semi-detached house lasted less than 3 months, from 10/2012 to 12/2012. 

The project was designed by the architect and manager of AMINA real, s.r.o., Ing. Arch. Dušan Semančík, PhD. 

The Kalvín project wants to differentiate itself from similar projects with more cost-effective solutions for designers, investors and contractors. Their effort (free association of AMINA real, s.r.o. Bratislava and OMC Invest, s.r.o. Pezinok) was to combine demanding requirements with the possibilities of the future owner - the municipality of Rastislavice. In this case, we present a housing project in rural conditions with elements of urban housing comfort, without disturbing the rural color. 

The key requirement of the investor is sustainable housing for all ages. The village of Rastislavice is interested in stabilizing or increasing the population. Attractive, high-quality and affordable housing in the countryside can rethink the young generation's efforts to migrate to cities. The Kalvín project will provide future tenants with 5 two-section three-storey apartment buildings, 20 plots of land for detached family houses and 6 terraced houses in two blocks.

The Kalvín area is equipped with sewerage, drinking water from its own source, LV distribution, public lighting and distribution for IT. The inner block space of apartment buildings is designed for relaxation and sports for children and adults, the intended water area is also used for relaxation as a source of fire water. This will create optimal housing for young people, but also other age categories. In the structure of apartments there are: 3-, 2-, 1-room apartments and studios.
