Modern residential area in a very quiet area, which will consist of 29 houses in the village Smilovice, part Újezdec in the Czech Republic.

The construction of the first phase began in the heyday of the spread of the COVID - 19 virus. The construction of 17 houses is currently underway, which will be completed within one year. Parallel in June began the second phase, i. 12 homes. Engineering networks and communications are already in place.

The village of Smilovice is about 15 km from Mladá Boleslav and 20 minutes by car to Prague. The investor is the Czech company Attractive Global s.r.o .

Low-energy bungalows as well as two-storey houses can be purchased on a turnkey basis. The sensitively designed interior of family houses by designer Alexandra Rybárová predestines living in the countryside with a touch of luxury. RECONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT „ V Jámě“

From our point of view, the apartment in Jáma has great potential. Our idea is to create from the original Airbn flat to a luxury loft apartment with a terrace, which will initially serve as a demonstration type „showroom“ of urban housing and design in the center of Prague.

The apartment is located in a very good location: the National Theater is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and the Prague Astronomical Clock „ORLOJ“ is just as far from the apartment.

Thanks to the connection of two residential units, a large master bedroom with a separate wardrobe and a bathroom will be created on the ground floor, in which a free-standing cast marble bathtub will be located. A suitable layout solution will also create a separate space for the laundry.

On the upper floor we will create another bedroom - a guest bedroom - with a separate wardrobe and a rest area to relax. At the terrace we will place a smaller kitchen with a bar, which will serve for a more comfortable use of the terrace, where various social events will take place. We plan to cover the terrace with a pergola with shading. There will also be a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs.

We consider the main element of the apartment to be a new self-supporting staircase with backlit scales made of walnut wood. To lighten the space, we will use a lot of glass - safety, tempered in smoke color.

We will also complete the Velux roof windows with special protection against noise and drafts In the apartment. We have incorporated two electric fireplaces into the apartment, one on both floors on both sides and the other in the bathroom above the bathtub.

We will use quality materials such as natural wood for the floor, marble for the bathroom, onyx tiling for the toilet and glass for lightening. Everything will be in natural colors, so that the apartment does not look heavy but luxurious and timeless. We will emphasize the lighting of the apartment - we will use designer branded lamps and, for better effect, also recessed LED strips. The kitchen will be fully equipped with the highest possible equipment in terms of fittings and appliances. Interior doors will be veneered rebateless with hidden fittings.

The apartment will not only look luxurious, but it will really be luxurious!
