Farmers want to buy land

Nowadays a majority of agricultural companies and cooperatives has an interest in agricultural land purchase. A lot of them would welcome the opportunity of using reconstructions of older agricultural buildings. Agricultural land rental rates will grow this year, at an average of 3.7 percent. Heads of agricultural companies consider the rental to be appropriate, the only exception is the land leased from Church. It results from the Quarterly analysis of Slovak agriculture Q1/2016, prepared by the analytic company CEEC Research in a collaboration with the O.M.C. Invest company.

The most important representatives of world trade and industry will meet in Bratislava on 30 September and 1 October. For the first time in the history of the International Chamber of Commerce , the highest body of the World Chambers Federation (WCF) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the General Council, will sit in the refion of Central and Eastern Europe. Subsequently, other experts from around the world will come to Bratislava to discuss topics for which they are responsible in their countries under the auspices of the World Chambers Federation.

Investors have announced tenders in a total value of EUR 727 million since the beginning of 2016

For the first two months of 2016, investors announced 1.728 public procurements in a total value of EUR 727 million.  Although the number of them has doubled from the last year, the volume has risen only marginally. Trading activity in the completion of public procurements increased significantly after a very weak January. This results from the latest analysis processed by analytic company the CEEC Research, based on data provided by the Office for Public Procurement to the end of February 2016.

Business mission in Malaysia- September 2014

 

O.M.C. INVEST is one of the major companies that have had the opportunity to take a part in a business mission in September 2014 in Malaysia,  specifically in the state of Sabah, Kota Kinabalu. The main aim of this mission was to obtain a future cooperation with the Malaysian market. The complete organisation was secured by Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry - a branch of the Bratislava Regional Chamber.

Bratislava, 20th of August- Farmers this year will count losses. In 2015, the volume of agricultural production will decrease by 2.4%. The revenues of farms will be decreased by 3%. The year of 2016 will be the year of stagnation. It results from the latest analysis of the Quarterly Slovak agriculture Q3 / 2015, that has been prepared by the analytical company, CEEC Research in collaboration with OMC Invest.

Bratislava, 27 October – The volume of agricultural production will decrease slightly again, in average to 0.8 %. A worse situation will be in companies which deal with livestock (decrease in production to 1.6 %). A slight improvement will occur in 2017 when the sector should increase by 0.3 %. It results from the latest Quarterly analysis of Slovak agriculture Q4/2015, which was prepared by the company CEEC Researchin collaboration with the company O.M.C. Invest.
